Yathastu Yoga ("we", "us") provides live online yoga classes for children, booked and managed by their parents or guardians. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site (trial request, reservation, enrollment, or payment), we collect the details you provide: the parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number; your child's age; your country or timezone; your batch and slot preferences; and any message you write to us. Children never submit information themselves — all details are entered by a parent or guardian.
How we use it
We use your details only to schedule classes, send the class joining link and reminders, respond to your questions, and manage enrollment and payments. If you have consented to hear from us, we may also email you about upcoming batches. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any email or writing to support@yathastu.com.
Where it lives
Your details are stored securely with our database provider, Supabase, on servers hosted in the United States. Transactional and marketing emails are sent through Resend. If you are in the UK or elsewhere outside the US, your information is processed in the United States.
Payments
Card payments are processed entirely by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers and we cannot see or store it. We keep only a record of the plan, amount, and payment status, linked to your enrollment.
The chat assistant
The "Questions? Ask us" widget on the summer camp page is an automated AI assistant that answers from a fixed set of camp facts. Please don't submit sensitive personal information through it — for anything personal, email us instead.
What we don't do
We don't sell or share your information with advertisers, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your family's information at any time — email support@yathastu.com and we will confirm once it is done.
