Refund Policy

Try before you pay

The first class is a free trial — you never pay before your child has tried a class, so most families know exactly what they're enrolling in.

Within the first week

If you enroll and change your mind within 7 days of your child's first paid class, we will refund the unattended weeks of your enrollment on a prorated basis.

After the first week

After that, we offer make-up classes for missed sessions instead of refunds, subject to batch availability.

Always refunded

Duplicate charges and payments made in error are always refunded in full — just email us with the receipt.

Timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days.
