The service
Yathastu Yoga provides live online yoga classes for children ages 5–13, taught by a real teacher over video call in small groups. Classes are booked, paid for, and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who is our customer and contact for everything related to the enrollment.
Enrollment and class access
An enrollment reserves your child a seat in a specific batch. We email you the class joining link and schedule before your child's first session. Prices shown for batches already in progress are prorated for the weeks remaining, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Where offered, the first class is a free trial with no obligation.
During class
A parent or guardian should ensure the child has a safe, clear space to practice, and should stay reachable during class. We may ask for cameras to be on so the teacher can guide poses safely. Please don't record classes — they include other families' children.
Not medical advice
Our classes are movement, mindfulness, focus, and fun. They are not medical, therapeutic, or developmental treatment, and we make no such claims. If your child has a health condition that may affect physical activity, please consult your doctor before enrolling and tell us anything the teacher should know.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Our refund terms are described in the Refund Policy.
Our content
Class plans, materials, and this website's content belong to Yathastu Yoga and are for your family's personal use only.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the current enrollment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction (confirmation pending — contact support@yathastu.com with any questions in the meantime).
